After dividing the sea bass into 3 equal parts, dip them in corn flour to which you add salt and fry them. Finely chop the red onions and caramelize them. Add finely chopped peppers and potatoes to the pan and continue cooking. Combine the fried sea bass and vegetables in a pan, add olives and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Garnish with finely chopped fresh parsley before serving.
