Hearty Omelet

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of oatmeal
  • ¾ cup of milk
  • ½ bunch of parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of Olive powder
  • Salt, pepper

Grease the preheated pan. Add the eggs to the milk and beat with a fork until well mixed. After adding 1 full tablespoon of oatmeal (you can increase it according to your desire), you can add salt and pepper and transfer it to the pan. When it starts to cook from the edges, sprinkle the olives on it, close the lid of the pan and cook for 5 minutes on low heat. You can serve with finely chopped parsley if you wish.
