Hummus with Olives

  • 2 tablespoons of tahini
  • 1 cup of boiled chickpeas,
  • 1½ tablespoons of Olive powder,
  • 1 clove of garlic,
  • juice of 1 lemon,
  • Olive oil,
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin,
  • 1 teaspoon of salt,
  • Red pepper


Boil the chickpeas soaked the night before and remove them. Put the chickpeas and all the ingredients in the rondo and mix. Garnish with paprika and extra virgin olive oil.
